For hospital compliance and supply chain
Hospital Vendor Screening Receipt
Every vendor, physician group and staffing agency you pay must be checked against the exclusion lists CMS expects you to check — and you must be able to show an auditor what you checked, on which date, against which file.
For the compliance office: your protocol, our findings
- Adopt a protocol template written against OIG guidance, 42 CFR 455.436, the Joint Commission and NCQA standards — set every threshold yourself.
- Test us for free: 500 names you already screened, one dated receipt each within 48 hours, the comparison published either way.
- Every month: the findings against your protocol — names screened, sources that answered or did not, rows printed under a name, lines changed — as counts and dates, from the roster results and
/api/batch/{id}/measures. No judgment; the decisions stay in your office. - If it earns a place: the Annual Roster Agreement, with availability measured and published, not promised.
For hospitals, health systems, GPO members. Keys accepted: UEI · NPI · EIN · CCN. Matching is exact key or exact printed name; nothing is inferred, scored or labelled.
What is on the receipt

Citing a receipt as audit evidence
- Request the receipt with your award, PIID or invoice reference (
ref=); the reference is bound into the SHA-256 and printed, never interpreted. - File the JSON and the print page. The citation line on the receipt names the registry id, read time and hash.
- An auditor re-runs the same name and keys at
/screeningor checks the held copy at/r/<id>; the registry confirms the hash without any login. - Where a source is listed as not read, the receipt says so; the auditor's workpaper should treat that source as unchecked, not as clear.
