For large organisations · the heaviest paperwork first

Your whole roster. Every month. One receipt per name.

The monthly exclusion check is the single heaviest piece of screening paperwork in the country — twelve times a year, across everyone on payroll and every vendor, against LEIE, SAM and the state lists. We read the sources so your people don't have to, print what each one returned on the date, hash it, and the next month show you only the lines that changed.

An organisation with 50,000 employees and 5,000 vendors that screens monthly performs 660,000 LEIE look-ups a year, and the same again for SAM and for each state list it reads. Our arithmetic from the rule's cadence — not a published figure. See the whole ranking.

Health systems, MA and Part D sponsors, MCOs

Every employee, contractor and FDR against LEIE, SAM and the state lists — monthly (OIG 2013 bulletin; 42 CFR 422.503; 42 CFR 455.436).

How the batch works

  1. CSV in — a name column; uei, npi, ccn, ein, state, reference optional. Keys beat names: a UEI or NPI makes the match exact.
  2. One receipt per row, identical in content to the free receipt — every source, its file date, the read time, the SHA-256.
  3. Paced. Receipts are built a few at a time so that no upstream source is overrun. SAM.gov entity lookups by UEI are quota-limited by GSA; when a source does not answer, the row is marked partial and retried the next day rather than printed as clear. Expect roughly 8-12 receipts per minute; a 20,000-row file takes about two days end to end.
  4. Every 30 days the same rows re-run and the results CSV carries a changed lines column: source.field: old → new.
  5. Receipts are private to your key by default. Nothing is scored; a same-name row is a candidate for your reviewer, not a match.

Enterprise, by annual agreement; the free receipt stays free and payment never changes what a source returned. Whole-file agreements are annual; the free receipt and the 25-row trial stay free. Partner integration spec — one page ↗

How much paperwork does your organisation carry?

The rule's cadence × your numbers. We supply the public facts (how long you have been registered in SAM, how many state lists exist); you supply headcount, vendors, states and how long one lookup takes you. The hours that come out are yours — we publish no time or cost figure of our own.

Try it on 25 rows. Free, no call.

Paste or upload up to 25 rows. You get a partner key (shown once, emailed once), a status URL, the results CSV and — if you leave the box ticked — the same rows re-run every 30 days with the diff. Up to 25 rows a month stay free on that key.

Public-record evidence, not legal advice, not a compliance determination, not an identity match. Billing never changes what a source returned. We check ourselves daily in public: /audit.
