Two agreements, both at the published per-receipt rates. What is delivered is a dated read of what the official files printed, with hashes and the sources that did not answer; what is not delivered is any determination. Availability is measured by our own monitor and published at /audit — it is not promised in advance, and the credits for a bad month are written into the text.
Annual Roster Agreement
$24,000 / year · 300,000 receipts included · 1¢ beyond
Health systems, payers, credentialing offices, grant administrators — any organization that re-reads a list of names or keys every month and keeps the dated record for its auditor.
- Roster reads by CSV or API (names or official keys), up to the included receipts per year; monthly re-read on the cadence of the duty you name
- Line-by-line diff and ENTITY_STATE_DELTA webhook events each cycle; license-expiry and source-change reruns
- Co-branded receipts naming your organization as the reader (read_for) and this platform only as the method
- Response Packet (multi-date receipt history, file dates and hashes, custodian declaration) for any name, within two business days of request
- Named contact: the operator, by email, next business day
Availability is measured by Sentinel every 15 minutes and published at /audit; it is not promised in advance. If measured monthly availability of the roster endpoints falls below 99.0%, the following month is credited 10%; below 97.0%, 25%. Source silence (an agency file or endpoint that did not answer) is printed on the receipt and is not an outage of this platform.

Accounts-payable, procure-to-pay and disbursement teams — a fresh dated read at the moment of payment, with what changed since the last receipt handed to the ERP's own rule.
- POST /api/batch/receipt with since=<previous receipt id>: the current read plus the diff and events, synchronous, up to the included receipts per year
- Dedicated partner key with the Monitor tier's rate limits raised to the agreed ceiling; separate key for the test environment
- ENTITY_STATE_DELTA events in every response and on roster cycles; webhook delivery with signed body hash
- Receipt Format v1 conformance and the Evidence Clause text for your supplier terms, free to reuse
- Named contact: the operator, by email, same business day for integration questions
Availability is measured and published at /audit, not promised; the receipt endpoint's own latency is printed in every receipt's source_telemetry. Measured monthly availability below 99.0% credits 10% of the month; below 97.0%, 25%. A source that did not answer is on the receipt and is not an outage.
