By using Alpha Covenant Holdings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Alpha Covenant Holdings provides AI-assisted media-buying research, campaign planning, and outreach tooling. Deliverables are estimates and planning aids — not a guarantee of leads, revenue, or advertising performance.

Subscriptions & billing

Software subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, in USD, with no hidden fees and no setup fee. Done-for-you Growth Partnership plans are billed monthly and include a one-time setup fee, which is disclosed in your written proposal before you agree to it. Annual plans are discounted and billed upfront for the term. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with advertising platform policies, anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR), and applicable regulations in your and your recipients' jurisdictions.

Warranty disclaimer

The service, all deliverables, and all AI Output are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of any Output is at your own risk, and you should independently verify it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Covenant Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
