By using Alpha Covenant Holdings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Alpha Covenant Holdings is a public-record reference desk. On request it reads named official government sources (for example SAM.gov, the HHS-OIG LEIE, OFAC, the Federal Audit Clearinghouse and state exclusion lists) for the exact name or key you supply and returns a dated receipt stating what each source printed, which sources did not answer, and a SHA-256 hash, Ed25519 signature and RFC 3161 timestamp over that receipt. The receipt is a record of what we read and when. It is not a status, score, rating, clearance, eligibility, compliance or identity determination about any person or organisation, and we make none. A source that did not answer is reported as such and is never treated as "no record". Exact-name results do not establish identity.

What you decide

Any decision made with a receipt — to award, pay, hold, hire, contract, report or conclude anything about a party — is yours and your advisers' alone. The source agency remains the author of its record; our hash, signature and timestamp prove the integrity of our capture, not the truth of the agency's record.

Subscriptions & billing

Single receipts and the first 25 roster rows are free. Paid products (rosters, monitoring, workpaper bundles, partner API, reports) are priced as published at /pricing and billed in USD monthly, annually, per report or on invoice as stated there, with no setup fee. Price changes volume and cadence only; nothing anyone pays changes what a receipt prints.

Acceptable use

You may use receipts for lawful record-keeping, audit, procurement, compliance and legal purposes. You may not misrepresent a receipt as a determination, clearance or endorsement by us or by any agency, alter a receipt and present it as ours, or use the service to make decisions about consumers that are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — the service is not a consumer reporting agency and receipts are not consumer reports. The service is built for businesses and public agencies and reads organizations by their public keys; it does not provide background checks, credit, criminal, employment or tenant screening on individuals, and you may not use it for employment, housing, credit or insurance decisions about a person. You remain responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your use, including anti-discrimination, privacy and procurement rules.

Receipts and all other content are public-record evidence provided for informational and record-keeping purposes and are not legal, tax, audit, financial, engineering, insurance, or investment advice. We are not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser; nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

Warranty disclaimer

The service, all receipts and all other deliverables are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of any Output is at your own risk, and you should independently verify it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Covenant Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

Legal entity

Alpha Covenant Holdings is a trade name (DBA) registered in Ohio by Build Break Build Fitness and Promo, Cincinnati, Ohio, which is the contracting party for all services described here until a successor entity is published on this page. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
