Why a records desk prints its own record before anyone asks.
Most vendors present a sanitized corporate facade. We think a public-records desk that scrubs its own past to look more polished cannot be trusted to report the public record of anyone else.
Alpha Covenant began as an Ohio-registered trade name of Build Break Build Fitness and Promo, Cincinnati, Ohio, and on 2026-10-18 the work was organised as Alpha Covenant Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (Department of State entity 0016032097). Both filings are in the public record, and both are printed here.
Receipts dated before 2026-10-18 were issued under the earlier name. They were not re-signed, re-dated or withdrawn; their bodies, hashes and keys verify exactly as issued, and the registry prints them under the name they carried.
We did not petition to expunge, hide or redact the origin. The rule of this desk is the same for us as for anyone named on a receipt: the record is the record, and nobody can pay to rewrite it — not a customer, not a party named on a receipt, and not us.
