TLS 1.2+ in transit on every request. Sensitive personal data (phone numbers, contact notes, signed-agreement identities) is encrypted at rest with AES-128 Fernet, keyed by a secret that never lives in the codebase.
Opt-in TOTP MFA (Google Authenticator / Authy compatible) on every account, plus 7-day httpOnly session tokens with CSRF-safe SameSite cookies.
Owner/operator tools are gated behind explicit operator roles. A regular account can never reach outbound infrastructure, other clients' data, or admin controls.
Every access to sensitive client data is logged — who, what, and when — and available for compliance review. We can show you the ledger.
All card processing runs through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see, handle, or store card numbers — your payment data stays with the processor.
Every URL our scanners fetch is filtered against internal, private and cloud-metadata ranges (SSRF protection), so the platform can't be tricked into reaching internal systems.
Sensitive actions are rate-limited — e.g. repeated failed logins lock the account for 15 minutes — and operator tools carry per-account usage caps to stop scraping, credential-stuffing and budget-draining abuse.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. You can request an export or full deletion at any time.
Being honest about where we are: we enforce the controls above today, and we are NOT yet independently certified. We'd rather tell you that than imply a badge we haven't earned.
