Every month each vendor gets a fresh dated receipt across SAM.gov Exclusions, HHS-OIG LEIE, OFAC, the state Medicaid list and the Consolidated Screening List; the office receives the line-by-line difference from last month and a coverage table for the Single Audit file (2 CFR 200.214 / 180.300; Compliance Supplement Part 3 §I). Included: the Receipt Finder across the whole roster (filter by name, key, source, source state, date; CSV export; shareable search links) and the Audit Handover file for the customer's own UEI and any organization it monitors — five years of Single Audits as filed, findings threaded across years. Every month each subrecipient gets a fresh dated receipt — SAM.gov Exclusions, Federal Audit Clearinghouse filings and audit results as printed, IRS Pub 78 / revocation status, USAspending prime awards and subawards, SAM registration, Form 990 facts and other states' checkbook payments — with the 200.332 duty sheet on top and the line-by-line difference from last month. The risk assessment and monitoring plan stay yours; this is the dated public record beside them.

'Read by Alpha Covenant Holdings' stays visible wherever the file is shown; your brand prints as issued_via. Usage is metered per customer per calendar month (GET /api/partner/v1/handover shows the month as it will be invoiced).
