For a prime, a finance office, a pass-through or a firm that needs the list read once and does not want an annual roster. CSV in; one dated, hashed receipt per name — identical to the free one at /screening — a cover page with every receipt, every non-answering source named and one SHA-256 over the bundle, and the auditor's verification guide. Within 48 hours of payment; usually well under an hour. When a source does not answer, the row says so; nothing prints "clear" for a file we did not read.

The first 25 names (100 for primes) are free at the free-file doors — primes, finance offices and pass-throughs, CPA firms. This is for the whole list.
