Items are priced so credits never undercut the posted dollar price; the pack discount is the only saving.
Rules
- Credits buy capacity, monitoring-days and delivered documents. They cannot buy a record change, a correction, a ranking, a Seal, or placement — at any quantity.
- Non-transferable between accounts; no resale or secondary market; no promise of future value; not a security and carries no return.
- Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase; you get one reminder 30 days before. Enterprise pools follow their agreement term.
- Refunds only as required by law; unused credits are not cashed out.
- Every purchase and every spend is a dated line in your ledger, visible in your cabinet.
