Each watched name gets a fresh, full screening receipt on schedule — every source actually re-read, hashed and registered. You receive the exact difference from the previous receipt, old line → new line with both hashes, the sources that did not answer, and a duty ledger of last-read dates beside each rule's stated cadence. Dates, never grades.

Payment buys the schedule and the number of names. It cannot change what any source returned, add or remove a source, or alter a receipt. Every watched receipt is identical to the free one anyone can pull.
