1 · You send
A CSV with a name column; optional npi, uei, ccn, ein, state. Names you already ran last month, so you have the other report in hand.
2 · We print
One receipt per name: what each official file printed on the read date, the exact match method, a SHA-256, and every source that did not answer named as such.
3 · You compare
Your compliance office decides what, if anything, the receipts add. We publish the counts and dates either way. No follow-up sequence from us.
No score, no clearance, no identity match, no hold instruction. Not a consumer report. A printed-name match is a candidate for your reviewer, not a finding about your person.
