Record Monitor · for institutions

Institution pilot: 90 days, one list, one invoice.

The same List Monitor a card buyer gets by the credit, shaped for an office that buys on invoice: a flat price, a W-9, a fixed term that ends unless you renew in writing. Hospital and health-system compliance offices, university procurement and compliance offices, county purchasing offices, state program-integrity units, public purchasing auditors.

$1,500 · 90 days · one list of up to 500 names

One invoice, net 30, W-9 supplied. No card. No auto-renewal: the pilot ends on its last day unless your office renews in writing.

What the pilot includes

  • ·One vendor or staff list of up to 500 exact names, screened on day one against the HHS-OIG LEIE, SAM.gov exclusions, the OFAC SDN list and the 15 state Medicaid exclusion lists we read as files (plus Colorado's reinstatement list).
  • ·Re-screened the day any of those official files changes — at most once a day — with the changed names, each file's own date and one SHA-256 per run, emailed to the addresses you name.
  • ·A dated screening receipt for any single name on request, with a 'Re-run it yourself' line an auditor can reproduce without us.
  • ·The state-list coverage page and per-state file history, so your auditor can see which lists were and were not checked on each date.
  • ·Fulfilled as a credit pool on your account after the invoice is paid; every run is a dated line in the ledger.

500 names is 40 credits per re-screen; a 90-day pilot is fulfilled as a 4,000-credit pool, enough for a re-screen every day of the term.

What it is not

  • ·Not a clearance, an approval, a compliance determination or a statement that anyone is eligible — your officer makes that decision; the receipt is the evidence the check was run.
  • ·Individuals are matched by exact NPI only. Most people on the state lists carry no NPI and a staff list will not reach them here; the single record shows same-printed-name rows separately and labels them as not an identity match.
  • ·Thirty state lists are published as PDFs, search forms or pages that block programs and are not read; the receipt names them as not checked.
  • ·No payment — this one or any other — changes what a record says, how it ranks, or how a correction is handled.

Ask for the pilot

A person answers from chris@edmondsholding.com with the invoice ($1,500, net 30) and a W-9. Nothing is sent automatically and nothing changes on any record.
