Supplier and Carrier Public-Record Receipt

CBP applies the UFLPA rebuttable presumption to goods of entities on the FLETF's list; BIS and OFAC lists govern who you may deal with; FMCSA and EPA records describe the carriers and plants in the chain. This receipt reads those files for the exact supplier or carrier name on a date. It does not trace goods and does not say the chain is clean — it says what the lists printed.

For importers of record, customs brokers, trade-compliance and supplier-onboarding teams. Keys accepted: UEI · EIN · USDOT (carrier pages). Matching is exact key or exact printed name; nothing is inferred, scored or labelled.

What is on the receipt

  • UFLPA Entity List — complete list from the appendix to the latest Federal Register notice, by exact name or alias, with the notice date
  • Consolidated Screening List (BIS Entity List, Denied Persons, Unverified, MEU; State; Treasury non-SDN) and OFAC SDN
  • SAM.gov exclusions and registration where the supplier is a U.S. registrant
  • EPA ECHO facility and Clean Water Act rows; FMCSA carrier registration and safety data on the carrier pages
  • FDA Enforcement Reports (recalls) by recalling firm for food, drug and device suppliers
  • Not read, by design: supply-chain tracing, forced-labor evidence about goods, state environmental permits where the state publishes no file

Citing a receipt as audit evidence

  1. Request the receipt with your award, PIID or invoice reference (ref=); the reference is bound into the SHA-256 and printed, never interpreted.
  2. File the JSON and the print page. The citation line on the receipt names the registry id, read time and hash.
  3. An auditor re-runs the same name and keys at /screening or checks the held copy at /r/<id>; the registry confirms the hash without any login.
  4. Where a source is listed as not read, the receipt says so; the auditor's workpaper should treat that source as unchecked, not as clear.
