Before a prime, a hospital, a grantee or a payer reads your record, read it yourself. One dated pass over SAM.gov (registration, expiry, your own NAICS and small-business self-certification, FAPIIS), OIG LEIE, OFAC, the Consolidated Screening List, state Medicaid lists, USAspending awards, Federal Audit Clearinghouse filings and state license boards — every line with the file's date and a hash. Free. No score, no "eligible", no "verified": the lines the files print, and the dates on them.
