AI & Automation Policy

Effective June 2026

Alpha Covenant Holdings builds and operates AI systems and automated agents ("bots"). We believe people have a right to know when they are interacting with automation and what it can and cannot do. This policy explains how we use AI, how we disclose it, and the guardrails around it.

1. AI-assisted content & disclosure

Campaign plans, ad copy, research summaries, articles, generated media, book text, and outreach drafts are produced with AI assistance. Client-facing deliverables and published content are labeled as AI-assisted. Our AI Advisory blueprints are AI-generated and independently reviewed by a second AI model — they apply recognized standards but are not a licensed or certified engineer's stamp and must be validated before production use.

2. Automated agents (bots) & identity disclosure

Some conversations on our site and in our outreach are handled by an automated AI assistant ("Sienna") rather than a human. Where we make automated outbound voice calls, they may use a synthetic ("AI") voice ("Ava"). We disclose that you are communicating with an automated system, not a person, at the start of the interaction, and a human is always available on request. This is intended to meet bot-disclosure requirements such as California's Bolstering Online Transparency (B.O.T.) Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17940 et seq.) and the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Article 50). We never use a bot to impersonate a specific real person or a government agency.

3. Automated calls & messages (consent)

By providing a phone number you consent to receive calls and text messages from Alpha Covenant Holdings at that number, including messages sent using an autodialer and/or a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send such messages only where we have a lawful basis or the required prior consent (e.g., TCPA in the U.S.), identify ourselves clearly, honor Do-Not-Call and opt-out (STOP) requests, and limit them to reasonable local hours. See our SMS Messaging Policy. We do not conduct unattended cold outbound campaigns without list-lawfulness and consent review.

4. Accuracy, limitations & your responsibility for Output

Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice. You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing it. Figures, risk scores, projections, designs, and recommendations are estimates and planning aids — not guarantees, and not legal, financial, engineering, insurance, or investment advice. The Services and all Output are provided "AS IS," and your use of Output is at your own risk. You are responsible for the Content you provide and generate (both your inputs and the Output). We do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, or advertising performance.

5. Human oversight & kill switch

Autonomous activity runs under operational guardrails (deliverability and spend controls, rate limits, suppression lists) and an operator can pause or stop any automated activity at any time.

6. No solely-automated decisions with legal effect

We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without human involvement (consistent with GDPR Article 22). Our intelligence tools score companies and public records, not individuals — see our Data Sources & Intelligence statement.

7. Your data & model training

Inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) solely to produce your outputs. We do not sell your data and we do not use your confidential business inputs to train public foundation models.
