What changed in the exclusions extract

GSA posts a new public SAM exclusions extract each day. We keep the file and its SHA-256, and compare it with the one before: rows that appeared, rows that left. Filter by an exact printed name or a UEI to see your rows only. The cadence is GSA's publication day — never the hour an agency acted. Removed means the row left the file; the extract does not say why.
