Our supply-chain and market intelligence is built on official, public data. We cite the source of each reading and label anything we cannot verify. We do not fabricate figures, customers, or results.

Where the data comes from

Carrier facts & safety: FMCSA SAFER / Census (U.S. DOT). Corporate filings & distress signals: SEC EDGAR. Weather & disruption: NOAA / weather.gov, FEMA / OpenFEMA, NASA EONET, USGS. Fuel cost: U.S. EIA. Banking: FDIC. Health/product recalls: openFDA. Freight demand: BTS / U.S. Census. These are public/official sources and may change, rate-limit, or be temporarily unavailable; readings are cached with timestamps where noted.

What we do not do

We do not score or profile individual drivers or private persons — driver-level records are protected under the DPPA/FCRA. Carrier safety scores are company-level figures computed from public FMCSA data. "Distress" or "going-concern" signals indicate public filing language, not that a company is for sale or insolvent.

Freight audit & content media

Freight audits run on the invoices you upload; we do not invent rates. Stock video used in generated content clips is licensed under the Pexels License; we do not repost or rebrand third-party copyrighted content.

AI Advisory outputs

Engineering/architecture blueprints are AI-generated and independently AI-reviewed against recognized standards. They are planning aids to validate before production — not a licensed/certified engineer's sign-off. See our AI & Automation Policy.
