Safety & Security Tools Terms
Effective June 2026
These terms govern the free public tools offered by Alpha Covenant Holdings, including Scam Shield, Business Verifier, Cyber Check, Safe Zone, and Guardian (the "Tools"). By using any Tool you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Informational only — not advice or a verdict
The Tools provide informational signals drawn from public and third-party data. They are not legal, financial, security, investigative, or professional advice. We do not determine or declare that any business, website, person, or message is a "scam", "fraud", "safe", "legitimate", or "dangerous". The absence of red flags is not a guarantee of safety, and the presence of a signal is not proof of wrongdoing. All decisions and actions you take are your own.
2. No warranty — provided "as is"
The Tools and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are correct, current, or uninterrupted.
3. Third-party data sources
The Tools rely on external sources we do not control (for example: RDAP/domain registries, OpenPhish, Have I Been Pwned, SEC/FDIC/FMCSA and other public registries, OpenStreetMap, city open-data, NOAA/FEMA/USGS, and AI models). These sources may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, geographically limited, or temporarily unavailable. Coverage varies by location and is not nationwide or exhaustive. AI-generated analysis can be wrong and must be independently verified.
4. Emergencies & personal-safety features
Safe Zone and Guardian are informational aids and are NOT emergency services and not a substitute for calling emergency responders. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Alerts, check-ins, location links, and contact notifications depend on third-party email/SMS providers, device settings, and network connectivity, and their delivery, timeliness, and receipt are not guaranteed. Do not rely on any Tool as your sole means of obtaining help.
5. Assumption of risk
You use the Tools and rely on any result entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying information independently and for any decision you make based on a result.
6. Acceptable use & no defamation
You may not use the Tools or their results to harass, defame, threaten, discriminate against, or make public accusations about any person or business, to violate any law, or to scrape, resell, or overload the service. Results are private signals for your own decision-making, not published assertions of fact about third parties.
7. Privacy of what you submit
Passwords checked in Cyber Check are never transmitted or stored in full — only a partial, irreversible hash prefix is used (k-anonymity). Messages, links, and queries you submit may be processed by third-party sources and AI providers to produce results, and limited, de-identified records may be retained to operate and improve the Tools. Do not submit others' personal data you are not authorized to share. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Covenant Holdings and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the Tools or their results — including any scam, fraud, financial loss, security incident, injury, or harm you seek to avoid. Because the Tools are provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Tools will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Covenant Holdings harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Tools, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
10. Governing law & local rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer or data-protection law provides you greater protection, in which case that law applies to the extent required.
