SMS / Text Messaging Policy

This policy describes the Alpha Covenant Holdings SMS text-messaging program operated by Alpha Covenant Holdings, including what messages we send, how often, how consent is obtained, and how to get help or opt out.

Program description & message content

Alpha Covenant Holdings sends automated account and transaction notifications to the business owner / account holder only. Messages relate to account activity — for example, when a customer completes a purchase or subscription, a new client signs up, or a high-value lead requests a call. These are account/operational alerts. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text consumers who are not the account holder.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Recipients should expect a low volume — typically a few messages per month.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alpha Covenant Holdings does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to get help (HELP)

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or email support@alphacovenantholdings.com.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

How consent is obtained

Enrollment is by the account owner's explicit consent (verbal or in-account confirmation) to receive alerts about their own account. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Below is the consent language used at enrollment:

"As part of your service, Alpha Covenant Holdings (Alpha Covenant Holdings) can send you automated text alerts regarding your account activity — such as a completed sale, a new signup, or a high-value lead. You'll receive a low volume of messages, typically a few per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available at the links below. Do you consent to receive these text alerts? (yes / no)" Upon a "yes", we send a confirmation message enrolling the recipient.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
